Today I want to share with you the 2018 performances of the 7 p2p lending platforms that I’ve been using since the end of 2017.
First of all, I show you the excel file that I use to keep record of all my earnings deriving from p2p lending platforms. As you probably know, the platforms that I used in 2018 are: ViaInvest, Mintos, Twino, EstateGuru, Housers, Robocash and Grupeer (I never count Bulkestate because the investment that I have on it ends in 2020 and there are no monthly interests).
Now, let’s see the table!
As you can easily see, In 2018 I earned 324,85 EUR of passive income deriving from p2p lending. The total amount I invested in 2018 was 3450 EUR (total return: 9,42%).
I obtained the best performances on Grupeer (even if a part of the income derives from the referral investments), on Robocash and on Mintos. Infact, these are the platforms on which I invested more. I am a little bit disappointed by ViaInvest’s performance and also by the Housers’ one, even if we need to remember that Housers act like tax payment substitute.
I am pretty satisfied about this earnings, and during 2019 I want to strongly increase my p2p lending portfolio. Today I transferred funds on 2 new platforms, but I’ll let you know more in a next post.
I think that’s all. How was you 2018 in the p2p lending world? Are you satisfied about your performances? Let me know in the comments!
