My 2019 Financial Goals

Hi guys!

Today I want to share with you my financial goals for 2019. I think that sharing them with you may be helpful, for me and for you (I hope!).

Goals are more or less the same as last year but adapted with the numbers and income that I want to reach this year.

But…let’s see my financial goals!

#1 – Reach a 7500 EUR P2P lending portfolio

I started 2019 with a 3450 EUR portfolio. In January I added 800 EUR (divided among Envestio, FastInvest and Swaper). I still have to invest 3250 EUR.

#2 – Earn 1000 EUR of passive income

In 2018 I earned 324,85 EUR through the P2P platforms that I use. In 2019 I would like to earn 1000 EUR. It will be difficult but we can do it!

#3 – Have 10 different firms in my stock dividend portfolio

At the moment in my stock dividend portfolio I have Cisco (CSCO) and CocaCola (KO). I want to add 8 more firms this year.

#4 – 20 different cash flow sources

As you probably know, I’m using 11 different P2P lending platforms (Mintos, EstateGuru, Twino, Housers, Grupeer, Robocash, ViaInvest, Bulkestate, Envestio, Swaper and FastInvest). Moreover, I earn a little passive income from my dividend stocks. Finally, I’m investing a little amount of money on 2 riskier investment platforms. that give me a return of about 50% per year. This means that in 2019 I need to add at least 6 more source of cash flow.

#5 – Read 5 financial books

As you probably read in my previous post, I bought some interesting financial books.

#6 – Increase my Net Worth by 20%

In 2018 I increased my (little) Net Worth by 58%. I’m sure that in 2019 I can’t reach this target, but I think that an increase of 20% would be great.

That’s all, these are my financial goals for 2019. I decided to set only 4 goals so I can focus better on these important targets.

Do hou have any financial goals for 2019? Let me know in the comments, I’m very curious!
