As you probably know, in January 2020 I started to invest in ETFs. It’s a quite new investment for me, but I need to say that I dedicated many months to gather info about them in order to learn how they exactly work.
In this page I just want to recap my current ETF and Stock investments to make them more clear for you.
First of all I want to remind you that I wrote two important articles about this topic. The first one is “How to Find the Right ETF” in which I tell you the 8 main criteria to keep in consideration while choosing an ETF suitable for you.
The second one is called “My ETF Investment Strategy” in which I shared with you the investment strategy I’m currently following to invest in ETFs.
I’m using Degiro to make my investments in ETF because I think it’s the best broker for those who want to invest in these financial instruments. On Degiro you can buy many ETFs for free (one transaction per month) and you’ll buy only the annual commissions on them. This is a big saving!
Latest Update: February 19, 2020
As I said, I made my first transfer to Degiro on January 22, 2020. I deposited 2500€ and bought 3 ETFs:
- iShares MSCI Emerging Markets UCITS ETF (Acc) (ISIN: IE00B4L5YC18, 22 shares@33,09€)
- iShares Core MSCI World UCITS ETF USD (Acc) (ISIN: IE00B4L5Y983) (23 shares@58,445€)
- Vanguard FTSE All-World High Dividend Yield UCITS ETF Distributing (ISIN: IE00B8GKDB10) (6 shares@52,91€)
The total of these 3 transactions is: 2389,67€.
Then I’m currently holding 5 CSCO’s stocks and 56 RCS Mediagroup’s stocks. Their value is little compared to the ETFs’ one.
The current composition of the Portfolio is the following:
ALP is Average Load Price.
