FF Challenge – Day 15: Deepen Your Knowledge About Money

Welcome to Day 15 of the Financial Freedom Challenge! Yesterday we learned how to prioritize our spending. I hope you understood the importance of that step. Today instead we’re going to work on our mind and knowledge, in particular money knowledge.

Are you ready?

FF Challenge - Day 15: Deepen Your Knowledge About Money

What’s today’s task?

Today’s task is actually a goal: we must continually deepen our knowledge of money. It’s not a goal that we can achieve in one month or one year. But why?

Well, the greater your knowledge about money the greater your ability to manage it effectively. Is it clear?

How can we deepen our knowledge about money?

We can daily work on this goal in many ways. First of all by reading books. As you probably know I love reading, in particular financial books. I want to suggest you some useful books that talk about this topic:

  • Money: Master the Game by Tony Robbins – The author interviewed many financial experts and summarizes in this book all the most interesting things and concepts he learned from those conversations. I find it extremely fascinating. Buy it on Amazon – IT version, ENG version
  • Why Didn’t They Teach Me This in School?: 99 Personal Money Management Principles to Live by Cary Siegel – As I wrote many times on this blog I think that we all should have at least a basic knowledge about money. This book contains all the money principles that we need to know in our life. I strongly recommend you to read this book. Buy it on Amazon – ENG version

These are very interesting books. In addition, I suggest you to read financial blogs at least one or two times a week. I wrote an article regarding my favorite financial blogs.

Check them out and follow their contents. Find out more blogs if you want. There are dozens of super interesting blogs in the world. Read their articles, make questions, use a notebook to write down your favorite contents and citations.

I assure you that in the long term this commitment will certainly be rewarded and the reward will be greater freedom and tranquility.

A brief summary of today’s task of the Financial Freedom Challenge

  1. Make a commit to constantly read about money (websites, books..)
  2. Do it for your entire life
