I started to invest on FastInvest at the beginning of 2019. This means that 6 months have passed since my first investment and today I want to talk about my FastInvest Performance after these first 6 months, my current situation and my opinion about this platform.
First of all, if you don’t know what we’re talking about, read my full review of FastInvest. On the dedicated page you can find all the information you need to start earning on FastInvest.
I’ve invested 300 EUR on this platform, then I received 30 EUR as Referral Commissions. The total profit at the end of June was 17.12 EUR.
FastInvest is a P2P Lending platform based in London. FastInvest is not famous as platforms like Mintos and Grupeer, which I reviewed some days ago, but I decided to give it a try in order to increase the diversification of my P2P Lending Portfolio.
First of all, check out the overview of my account:
This amount (349.49 EUR) includes also the earnings of July. As I said before I will do my calculations using the profit at the end of June.
I have a balance of 349.49 EUR. Remember that I deposited 300 EUR on FastInvest. The total profit, at the end of June, was 47.12 EUR (+15,71%). 30 EUR of these profits comes from the Referral Campaign that FastInvest launched some time ago (now it’s inactive). So the real interest income is 17.12 EUR (+5,71%).
Resume of my first 6 months on FastInvest:
- Monthly Average Profit (Interest): +0,95%
- Annualized Profit (Interest): +11,42%
- Monthly Average Profit (Interest + Referral): +2,62%
- Annualized Profit (Interest + Referral): +31,42%
I’m pretty satisfied about the monthly average profit of FastInvest.
I also insert a screen of my Account Performance, month by month:
If you want to examine my exact monthly performance, check out the page dedicated to FastInvest.
I also want to share with you the current strategy of my FastInvest account, just to be completely transparent with you.
I’m currently using the Auto-Invest function, because it’s very efficient, and this is my setup:
All loans available on the platform are covered by the Buyback Guarantee protection. I’m very satisfied about the Auto-Invest function: it works really well, and I never have money available on my balance, or a very little amount as you can see from the image below.
This is my strategy, and for sure it’s not the best strategy. Set up the Auto-Invest function according to your financial goals and risk tolerance.
In conclusion, these are my FastInvest performance after 6 months from my first investment on it.
For the moment I never had issues on FastInvest. Despite before investing on this platform I read some opinions not too enthusiastic, I decided to give it a try and until today it’s working very well.
Its performance are stable, as you can check by reading my monthly performance on FastInvest.
