Welcome to the latest post of 2020 guys! I decided to dedicate it to my Financial Goals for 2021, because, as you surely know, sharing goals is very important in order to achieve them 🙂
As you problably know, I always share my Goals on this blog. For example, here you can find my Goals for 2020. I also shared their progress, because for me this is an important source of motivation!
And this is also the reason why I’m about to share my Financial Goals for 2021, and I would be pleased if you share yours 🙂 I decided to set 5 Financial Goals for the next year. I think it’s a reasonable number, and as you’ll see, they cover all the financial aspects that I intend to emphasize over the next year.
But stop wasting time, let’s start!
Number 1 – Receive 200€ of dividends
I had this goal also in 2020, but with a lower amount. My idea for the next years is to constantly increase the dividends that I receive from my investments. Last year I got a decent amount of dividends (considering that it was my first year), but I didn’t reach my Goal (100€ of dividends).
For 2021, I set a goal of 200€ of dividends. I think it will be hard but possible.
Number 2 – Reach a Net Worth of 50.000€
At the end of 2020 I have a Net Worth of about 30.000€ (at the beginning of the year was something like 18.500€). My goal is to reach, in the next 12 months, a Net Worth of 50.000€. It means an increase of 20.000€, or +66%. Maybe this is the hardest goal, but it’s also very important for me.
Number 3 – Invest 15.000€
My goal for 2021 is to invest (stock market, P2P lending and everything else) at least 15.000€. In 2020 I’ve invested something like 13.000€, so this will be a little increase over the past year.
Number 4 – Add a Cash Flow source
Another important goal, expecially for the medium-long term. In 2021 I want to add a new cash flow source to my portfolio. At the moment I have no certainty about it, but I have some ideas. I’ll keep you updated about his during the next year.
Number 5 – Have an Investment Portfolio of 40.000€
Last one, but very important. In 2021 I want to increase the amount of my Investment Portfolio to 40.000€. This is a very big number for me, but I think I can reach it. At the moment, my Investment Portfolio is about 20.000€.
That’s it guys. I don’t want to write too much. For me, the most important thing is just sharing them, and hopefully hear something from you.
I hope you appreciate content like this, because I love it!
