15 months have passed since my first investment on Grupeer. Today I want to talk about my Grupeer performance after these first 15 months, my current situation and my opinion about this platform.
First of all, if you don’t know what we’re talking about, read my full review of Grupeer. On the dedicated page you can find all the information you need to start earning on Grupeer.
I made my first deposit on Grupeer at the beginning of February 2018. Then I made two more deposits, the last one in October 2018, when I started to try new platforms.
Grupeer is one of the most important European P2P Lending platform. On Grupeer are almost always available loans to invest on, and I never had problems in investing my balance.
First of all, check out the overview of my account:
Here you can see my current situation, and also my income divided into Referral income, Interest, Cashback and Bonus.
I have a balance of 735.78 EUR. Remember that I deposited a total of 450 EUR, for a total profit of 285.78 EUR (+63,51%). But a big part of my income derives from referral income, so this percentage can be misleading. Indeed if we keep in consideration only the interest income on my principal, the profit is 73.37 EUR (+16,30%).
Resume of my first 15 months on Grupeer:
- Monthly Average Profit (Interest + Referrals Income): +4,23%
- Monthly Average Profit (Interest): +1,09%
- Annualized Profit (Interest + Referrals Income): +50,81%
- Annualized Profit (Interest): +13,04%
If you want to examine my exact monthly performance, check out the page dedicated to Grupeer.
I also want to share with you the current strategy of my Grupeer account, just to be completely transparent with you.
These are some of my active investments:
You can easily check that I prefer to invest in loans with a long maturity, and I invest a maximum of 15 EUR on each loan in order to have a greater diversification.
I’m currently using the Auto-Invest function, because it’s very efficient, and this is my setup:
The minimum interest rate that I require is 12%. In the image above you can see a loan with a 11% interest rate: that is my mistake. The loan maturity that I prefer is from 3 to 12 months.
This is my strategy, and for sure it’s not the best strategy. Set up the Auto-Invest function according to your financial goals and risk tolerance.
In conclusion, these are my Grupeer performance after 15 months from my first investment on it. For the moment I never had issues on Grupeer: not a single late loan. That’s why I’m completely satisfied and I always suggest to use Grupeer together with Mintos. In my opinion these two are the best P2P platforms on the market at the moment.
Its performance are pretty good and very stable, and this is all I’m looking for in a P2P Lending platform.
Are you already using Grupeer? If yes, are you happy with it? Let me know in the comments!
