My Passive Income Report – April 2019

Hi guys, here we are at the end of April. 2019 is literally flying away! April had been a good month for me, as you’ll read in this Passive Income Report. I earned a little bit less than March but I’m happy because during April I increased the diversification of my Investment Portfolio.

Let’s start this report by checking my earnings deriving from P2P Lending and Real Estate crowdfunding platforms:

17,26 EUR
Envestio15,55 EUR
Housers26,48 EUR
ViaInvest2,08 EUR
Twino0,33 EUR
EstateGuru9,60 EUR
RoboCash2,13 EUR
Grupeer21,52 EUR
FastInvest3,39 EUR
Swaper1,29 EUR
Lenndy0,15 EUR

Total earnings (P2P and Real Estate): 99,78 EUR

Now let’s add the other passive income sources:

Amazon Associates3,62 EUR
Target Circle10,00 EUR
DiversityFund1,50 EUR
SolidTradeBank1,25 EUR
eToro0,69 EUR
Dividends2,11 EUR

Total earnings (other passive income sources): 19,17 EUR

Total passive income: 118,95 EUR.

I knew that matching the results of March would be very difficult. Indeed in April I earned 49,52 less than the previous month (-29,4%). Anyway, as I always say, my goal for 2019 is to reach a monthly passive income of 100 EUR. For the moment I’m succeeding every month, and this is the most important thing. Howewer, I’m working very hard to improve my monthly performance by adding new cash flow sources and incresing my current investments.

Now let’s talk a little bit about the platforms. Remember that in My Investment Portfolio page I post the monthly return and the annual return month by month for each platform. I’ve already updated them. If you want to deepen your knowledge on a specific platform, you can read the complete review, that you find in the P2P Lending and Real Estate Crowdfunding pages.

Mintos’ performance are pretty stable month by month. April return (counting only interest income): 0,99%. I have nothing to add about Mintos, just that it’s the best P2P Lending platform you can invest in at the moment.

The same as Mintos. If we count only interests income, my monthly return on Grupeer is always the same, more or less. Howewer, comparing the total return I obtained in April with the previuos one, we can see that I earned almost 5 EUR more. April return (counting only interest income): 1,12%.

April had been one of my best months ever on EstateGuru. April return (counting only interest income): 0,95%. In the previous Passive Income Report I wrote about a late loan. The good news is that during April I received interests and principal related to this particular loan. At the moment I have one late loan.

March was an incredible month for me. I knew that in the following months I would have earned less than March. Howewer I’m satisfied about the earnings I obtained in April. April return (counting only interest income): 1,38%. The monthly return has increased from March. All my loans paid me the scheduled interests.

In April my return on Housers, counting only interest income, has dropped a little bit to 0,30%. The good news is that someone subscribed to Housers using my referral link and made me earn 25 EUR.

Not a good month on Swaper, compared to March. April return: 0,63%. During the last month the Auto-Invest function worked a little bit better. At the moment, I have less than 15 EUR on my balance. Howewer, I believe that the platform should increase the number of available loans.

Everything is going OK on FastInvest. Interests are paid day by day, and I have nothing to report. April return (counting only interest income): 1,11%. I’m really satisfied about this return.

As you probably know, during March I withdraw more than 400 EUR from my balance. At the moment I have 4 active investments, but they’re all defaulted. In April I recovered 0,33 EUR (return of 0,07%).

Good month on ViaInvest. April return (counting only interest income): 0,93%, one of the highest returns since I invest on this platform.

Great month! March has been a bad month on RoboCash for me, but April made me recover all the trust in this platform. April return (counting only interest income): 1,24%.

Other Passive Income sources

As I imagined, this month I earned less than March on TargetCircle. Howewer I’m happy about the result: 10 EUR of earnings through this platform.

I also earned 3,62 EUR through Amazon Associates. As you probably know, I started to insert some links in my articles, especially links to some interesting financial books. I wrote an article about this particular topic, you can find it here. I would like to use those links in a useful way, and I’m thinking about how to improve their use.

Talking a little about the two hyip that I use (SolidTradeBank and DiversityFund) they made me earn a total of 2,75 EUR during April. For the moment they’re working well. Howewer, never forget that platforms like these can disappear from one day to another. I inserted the referral links above. If you want to invest on them, my advice is to invest a very little amount of money. I invested $25 on each one of them.

During April I received dividends from my stocks for a total of 2,11 EUR: 1,12 EUR from KO and 0,99 EUR from CSCO.

If you’ve read one of my previous posts (I started investing in eToro), you will know that at the beginning of the month I invested 500 EUR on eToro. I’m currently copying two traders: OlivierDanvel and kela-Leo. During this my first month on eToro I earned 0,69 EUR by copy trading them. Not a good result. I hope in future to improve the return.

Portfolio Composition

During April I did not make new changes to my portfolio. I’m trying to save money because my intention is to invest by the end of 2019 in an ETF with dividends. I’ll keep you updated about this new investment.

I’m still thinking about increasing my balance on Mintos and Grupeer, because I’m really satisfied about their performance.

I hope the report is clear. I tried to organize the data in a better way adding the tables. Let me know if this is a good idea. In addition, I added to the report a new source of cash flow, eToro. I hope this platform will work well.

If you have any questions, write them in the comments, I always read! I’m very interested in your own experience in the P2P Lending world.

I opened a Facebook page for FinanceShot. You can find it here. Like it if you don’t want to miss anything or interact with me. It’ll be a pleasure for me!

Moreover, if you want to receive my posts directly on your email, remember to subscribe to the blog by inserting your email on the form you can find on the bottom right of the blog.

I think that’s all. Enjoy this month!

  1. You might want to read the definition of hyip on investopedia before putting more funds into SolidTradeBank 🙂
Any platform that promises 100% returns per year is selling bs.

  2. Hello, quick question. Why do you invest in same category, but in 11 different platforms? Are you worried about platform risks or is there any other specific reason?
