My Passive Income Report – May 2020

Good morning guys! Today we’re here to check my Passive Income Report of May 2020 😀 I anticipate that I made some new investments, and I’m still reducing the amount invested the P2P lending. I still think that there are more interesting opportunities in the stock market at the moment.

We still have issues with Grupeer. The platform is not yet closed, but the loans are stopped. So my advice is: stay away from this platform!

As you probably know, in the last months I’ve been modifying a lot my Investment Portfolio: I acquired and then sold some stocks, as you can check on the dedicated page and I’m continuing to constantly increasing my ETF shares.

I started to invest in ETFs at the beginning of the year, and now I’m following my ETF Investment Strategy. I suggest you to also read my previous Passive Income Report so you can have an idea of how my Passive Income is evolving.

But how much Passive Income did I generate in May?

Comments about P2P Lending and Real Estate crowdfunding

Passive Income from P2P Lending si constantly decreasing, and it’s normal considering that I’m withdrawing from all my balances. The Income from the Other sources is quite stable.

As you know, my strategy for 2020 is to mainly invest in ETFs and stocks, and reduce the share of P2P lending in my Investment Portfolio.

If I add the Passive Income generated in May to the previous total, I obtain a result of 4429,01€ of Passive Income (from November 2017). Remember that you can always find the updated results in the dedicated pages: My Investment Portfolio and Income Graphs.

Mintos

Average month on Mintos. I blocked the auto-invest function in order to withdraw money from my balance. My intention is to reach a balance of 500-600€ on this platform. In May I withdrew 161.00€ from my balance.

EstateGuru

Back to normal return on EstateGuru (0.90%). Currently, I have 15 loans in my Portfolio and one loan (loan #8162) is defaulted. On February 19 the platform communicated to us that they initiated the legal process for collecting the debt.

Housers

I always write that on this platform the monthly return is between 0.25% and 0.35%.

Swaper

May’s return had been quite good: 0.73%. During the last month I withdrew 150.00€ from my balance.

Twino

I withdrew all my Twino balance some months ago. At the moment I only have two defaulted loans that pay me 0,07/0,08€ per month.

ViaInvest

Very very good month on ViaInvest for me (1.30%). I stopped the Auto-Invest function because I intend to reduce my balance, and in May I withdrew 159.00€ from my balance.

RoboCash

Bad return in May on Robocash: 0.53%, far lower compared to the return of the previous months. However, I expect such volatility from this platform because it’s one of its characteristics.

Comments about other Passive Income sources

Let’s start from TargetCircle, the affiliation platform that I use to present you interesting bonuses. In May I earned 1,09€ only from TargetCircle. Less people is investing in this world right now, so it’s normal having less commissions. Not a problem.

I received some dividends during May, for a total of 8,25€. It’s getting a decent amount, and the goal for the next months is to stabilize it.

In May I sold one more copy of  my e-book dedicated to the Financial Freedom Challenge. As you know, I finally published the Italian version. I suggest you to check it out, it can be a very interesting read in this particular period. Click on this link to open the Amazon page of the e-book.

The two HYIPs that I use (SolidTradeBank and DiversityFund) made me earn a total of 80,50€ in May (exactly the same amount of April). They’re still working fine, even though DiversityFund reduced the daily interest rate and introduced some new rules that must be respected in order to withdraw from the platform. I’m withdrawing from the balance of DiversityFund, because I realized I have a too big balance. These platforms are very risky, so pay attention!

At the moment I have 38 active packs on DiversityFund (17x$25 packs and 21x$50 packs) and I receive almost 6$ on my balance every day. The platform decreased the interest rates, considering the difficult period which we’re living. During May I withdrew more than $70 from DiversityFund, and I correctly received my money on Payeer.

Now let’s talk about eToro, the trading platform I’m currently using to copy trade two traders (OlivierDanvel and kela-Leo). May had been a quite positive month: I got a positive return on my investment. This is due to the positive month of kela-Leo, which is still recovering part of the previous losses.

Then a brief update about Oval, an application that I use to invest part of my savings. At the moment I have a balance of 140,66 (8,76€ more than the end of April).

Finally, the latest platform that I added to my Investment Portfolio. I’m talking about Celsius Network, a platform that I use to invest part of my crypto coins. In May I got earnings for 11,07€. Interests on my deposited cryptos are always on time and I suggest this platform to crypto newbies 🙂

Portfolio Composition

Some changes in May:

  • I increased my investment in ETFs (ISHARES MSCI EM A and VANGUARD FTSE HDY)
  • I sold part of my QSR stocks, with a solid gain
  • I decreased my investments in P2P Lending
  • I decreased my HYIPs balances

News & Updates

I finally published the Italian version of the Financial Freedom Challenge e-book. You can buy it HERE for a very little price! 🙂

As you probably know on Amazon is already available the English version, that you can find here.

Finally, some months ago I created an Instagram account for the blog. I’m pretty happy about how it’s evolving, and I’m trying to publish a post a day. So please, follow me also on Instagram! In addition, be sure to make part of the biggest italian Telegram group dedicated to P2P lending, P2P Lending Italia.

I hope you liked this new Report, and stay tuned for the next one! 😀
