Comments on the performance (Update: May 2019)
My deposits on Envestio:
- 7 January 2019 –> 300 EUR
I decided to invest in Envestio to diversify my portfolio. My portfolio is mainly composed by “classic” P2P lending platform, that’s why I chose to invest in this platform. I received the first interests in February 2019, so I can’t still say anything about the performance.
I expect to obtain an annual return of at least 13%.

Loans on the platform
Below I insert examples of the Loans that are available on Envestio. The availability of loans is not high, but constant over time.
This is a part of my portfolio. You can check in every moment how your investments are performing. In the table you can easily find the most important information about every single loan (Investment date, Closing date, Period, Interest rate, My investment, Status and Accrued interest).
Finally, Envestio provides the investor this useful summary of our future interest income, so he can know in a second when he will receive next interests on his personal balance.
If you don’t understand the meaning of one or more terms, I wrote an article that explain all the terms that I use. Check it out clicking here.
